Jianlong Beiman special steel wire production line was completed and put into production in June 2019. It consists of two independent fully continuous high speed wire production lines. The pre-finishing, finishing and spinning machines of the A and B lines are designed and manufactured by Simac（Germany）, and Morgan（USA ）respectively. The two air-cooled lines can both achieve delayed cooling and standard cooling. The products have the characteristics of uniform chemistry and microstructure, good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy.It can meet the production requirements from cold heading steel to bridge cable steel, and further fill the gap of existing variety structure in Jianlong Beiman.
